Meera Velu is a recent graduate from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in Political Economy. Since joining TSRC in June 2010, she has worked on a variety of projects including publications and research support. Currently she is involved in smart truck parking to alleviate parking problems on the I-5 and carsharing and bikesharing programs. Her interests include land use and alternative modes of transportation in furthering sustainability in the transportation sector.
