Josh Steiner joined the TSRC in April 2012. He graduated from Portland State University in Portland, Oregon with a focus in Community Development and Planning. His professional experience before joining the TSRC focused on bicycle transportation planning and program development. He is interested in the development of new ITS technologies, developing new ways of using existing transportation infrastructure, and the role of sustainable transportation systems in city centers.
